this saturday the gorgeous Bev showed me the part of utah i've been longing to see since the day i arrived. and suddenly i think i might never leave. everything's better up in the mountains (girl talk included. who am i kidding? especially, girl talk!). i'm thinking of taking up residence in any of the several multi-million dollar homes nestled into the foliage. in fact, if i hang around long enough, maybe robert (redford) and i might just strike up a friendship.
now i'm thinking of all the different ways to convince my father to take my mother and me to the tree room when they come to visit in just over a month.

oh. my. 'lanta.
that is GORGEOUS
I was just up walking around Sundance this morning! It looks like you hiked up to Stewart Falls, too. So gorgeous. My friends and I were thinking that on the next full moon we would go ride the Sundance ski lift. You should come!
oh sarah i would LOVE THAT! count me in!
oh friend, you make my heart hurt with these photos.
Oh how I miss Utah... I didn't even realize it until I saw your beautiful pictures.
I absolutely adore Sundance! Take a drive to Mirror Lake, and go explore Silver Lake in Big Cottonwood Canyon. As a girl who has lived in Utah for her entire life, those places never cease to amaze me and provide the utmost feeling of peace and contentment.
stunning!! i have to visit the west (besides cali) soon.
i can actually smell the fresh air through the computer screen.
the tree room is a must! it's making me drool.
Stunning!!! Better than summer in the city...
Beautiful! Makes me want to go hiking and exploring (and I'm not a nature person at all!).
I love the mountains here in Utah, Sundance is especially wonderful. If you find a way to strike up a friendship with Robbie ... let me know. I've been trying to think of ways to make that happen for years. :)
ah, sundance! one of the most beautiful places in utah. still... in my opinion, it has nothing on the grandeur of angel's landing in zion national park... or the red cliffs in southern utah. :)
i'm glad you're seeing all the beauty!
so pretty! I used to know next to nothing about Utah, but all these pretty pictures you've been posting make me want to go there and see it myself!
TELL ME someone has told you about the full moon lift rides that Sundance resort does.

It's a must-do. Love them.
Ok, that's enough comments/links from me in one week. That's quite enough.
sundance is super dreamy. and so is the tree room. you really should save your pennies to go, because you won't regret it. mr ben took me there the night we got engaged :)
This place is so GORGEOUS!
WOW

did you get to go on the chair lift at all. i love going in the summer, and fall while the leaves are changing and of course as mentioned the full moon rides are a dream. there is one at the end of this month...
and after looking at these pictures i think it's high time for a bike ride up the canyon. and friends are always welcome!
provo canyon is the best place to be :) especially on a summer evening. it's perfect. you should go on a moon light ski lift ride at sundance!
just realized someone else already gave you the link for the moonlit rides! seriously, do it!
