You know what? I am not one to comment on the blogs of strangers, but I read this a few weeks ago and keep coming back to it in my mind. That mashed-up phrase of Anna Quindlen? That. That is it.
Also, I am always a big fan of people who tell stories about their eating disorder without resorting to the shock factor "so you'll know how bad it was!" We need more soulful, positive literature out there about ED stuff. So thanks for that, too.
