vacation so close i can nearly taste it.

i hear it's snowing in park city right now? or it has been?

few things have the ability to make me so happy.

with a ski vacation just two weeks away, my skin is literally itching to get to the slopes.

(and the snow, the glorious snow).

You're such a lucky duck! I just went to Wisconsin a few weekends ago for snowboarding and fake snow certainly doesn't cover it. So cherish every second you get out there!

Yes, as others mentioned, it's been snowing on and off all day. Real snow, not the usual baby powder dusting we've been getting all winter. I started a new job in Little Cottonwood Canyon today (that one's the home of Snowbird and Alta) and almost didn't make it before they closed the canyon completely. It was a major eep! moment.

It is. Big beautiful fluffy white snow flakes. The best part has been that is the beautiful and sunny during the day and then snows at night. Is there anything better than a glorious sunny day on the slopes and then coming home drinking cocoa and watching it snow. Blissful I tell you!

I have a love hate relationship with snow. I love how soft and mysterious it makes the world. I hate how cold and damp it is. If only it was soft, mysterious, and WARM. but if it was warm, would it have it's same appeal?

Enjoy Utah. Enjoy Park City. Treat yourself to a massage while you're there!

Yes ma'am!! As a matter of fact, The Canyons (PC resort) has received 32 inches in the last 3 days! Winter finally happened for us Utahans. But don't worry, I of course planned a trip to warmer weather this weekend. What the what? How does that happen?
Enjoy your trip in UT!

Park City is enchanting. And all the more enchanting with the snowfall under the street lamps. Utah is beautiful today, but I'll pray for a late snow for you.
