so you think that you're a failure, do you?
well, you probably are.
what's wrong with that?
in the first place, if you've any sense at all you must have learned by now that we pay just as dearly for our triumphs as we do for our defeats.
go ahead and fail. but fail with wit, fail with grace, fail with style. a mediocre failure is as insufferable as a mediocre success.

I love this. It reminds me of one of my favorite songs from Anyone Can Whistle.

"Sometimes you have to start small,
Climbing the tiniest wall,
Maybe you're going to fall-
But it is better than not starting at all!"

Plus the lessons we learn from failure are invaluable, not always fun, but life changing in so many ways. Fail with style and even wisdom I say.

to fail grandly.
to fail with your head high.
to smile while failing.
to fail. and to own it.

i love these lessons. these concepts. because they're true. and because i so often need to hear them.

thanks!
