in preparation for the scottsdale wedding just a week and a half away, my cousin (and brother of the groom) has taken to tanning each and every day. readying himself for the arizona sun.
i, on the other hand, have taken to covering myself in copious amounts of foul-smelling self-tanner, in recognition that my fair irish skin does not like to be burned. ever. but a little glow would be nice.
happy st. patty's day!

LOL please please give an update on the self tanner. I have had a painful self tanning experience right before junior prom in high school and i looked like i had leporsy!
Have a great time at the wedding - and good for you to run from the sun, it looks nice but is skin cancer really worth it?

I have the same problem. Fair skinned and red headed. My skin is no match for the sun!
i think fair skin is so beautiful. you are a lucky girl.
I've learned to embrace the white (really because I have no other option), along with 50+ SPF sunscreen.
this post made me smile :)
happy st. patrick's day! :)
haven't been to your blog in awhile, so going to catch up! :D
Hey..
You'll be in my neck of the woods for the wedding! The weather here is fantastic!
Embrace the white! It's hot!
p.s. just holler if you'd like any food recommendations in scottsdale/phoenix area! :)
I originally wanted to comment to invite you to the lake, if you had any spare time while in Az.
Then I realized that might be weird. I don't know you, you don't know me. I feel like I know you though. I do, I know you. We are friends.
You are invited to tour the lake on my jetski if you would like.
Cheers!
