There will always be days when it seems so hard. You're right, one foot in front of the other is all we can muster. But it doesn't take a miracle. It only takes doing it. And one step leads to the next and you'll be surprised at how good it can be.
Let your own words be your inspiration. Go back and read some of your earlier posts and see what a strong, sensitive and beautiful person you are. And share a laugh with yourself. Life is good.
