Miranda July... one of my favorites.
I've never read Miranda July before. Though this quote resonates with me (the one who prefered for years illusion to reality), i know that the real thing is the wonderful thing precisely because it is real. it may be accompanied by strife and confusion and it may be a hell of a lot less glamorous or romantic but it is real. it offers something illusion never could.
