a letter to the man i'll dance with long after the guests have gone and the dance floor is little more than worn wood and wet grass,

Love this. My sister, who's in high school, keeps her journal and mostly writes it as letters to her boyfriend of 2 years. If they get married in a few years, I think she's planning to give him the journal. It reminded me of your letters to husband!

This is precious and fun:-) Dancing the night away is one of my favorite things! You are going to be a brunette-bombshell-of-a-bride! Amen!

P.S. Thanks for your sweet comment on my ol' blog!

a lovely choice.

my husband and I's song is cat steven's "how can I tell you?" the first time he played it for me was the first time he told me he loved me.

and then, we danced to it at our wedding...

so so so lovely! i've always wanted to walk down the aisle to "don't stop believin'" by journey, played on a string quartet (i watched "the wedding singer too much as a child, and still think this is kind of romantic)

I walked down the aisle to "Here Comes the Sun" played on classical guitar, and it was perfect. I fully support!
